Exchange, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancelation
• Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
Refund
• Customers must request a return within 2 days of delivery via email or customer support.
• The product must be unused, with labels and tags intact.
• Once the return is approved, refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges for exchanges will be covered by Spellstruck, In the case of returns, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
No Refunds/Return for:
• Products that show signs of use or have missing tags.
• Orders where incorrect addresses or details were provided by the customer.
• Items bought during sales or promotions.
